The Founder and Principal of our firm is Melvin Li.
Melvin is a Registered US patent agent and a Chartered UK patent attorney. He is regulated by the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPEG) and the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA). He has been practicing intellectual property matters from Hong Kong since 1998.
Melvin is experienced in different areas of intellectual property laws and practices. He is particularly experienced in different patent practices in US, UK, Hong Kong and the greater China region.
Melvin is experienced in intellectual property auditing, pre-filing patentability searches and advice, original drafting of patent specifications and prosecution of patent applications, advice on patent infringement and intellectual property portfolio management.
